Home Depot Lead Cybersecurity Analyst (Staff), Secure Solutions Enablement (BISO) - (Remote) in Atlanta, Georgia

Position Purpose:

In this role supporting the Secure Solution Advisors, you will have the opportunity to be a part and contribute to building the secure solution advisory program aligned to designated IT portfolios. The emphasis will be on providing excellent customer service and understanding business requirements. You will consult on key business initiatives ensuring comprehensive end-to-end risk identification and management. You will advise teams regarding remediation of vulnerability, configuration, and other security deficiencies. You will have the opportunity to coach customers to mature their understanding of security tools. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to identify trends, solve problems , ability to build relationships, influence without authority and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years in an Analyst role within Cybersecurity

  • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure areas like Cloud, Cloud Service providers, Operating Systems, Networking preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge in at least one cybersecurity domain preferred Security related certification such as CISSP, CISA, CompTIA+, etc., an added plus

  • Ability to provide clear oral and written communication to a variety of business and technical audiences.

  • Ability to aggregate large datasets and provide risk metrics/themes through via dashboards and presentations

  • Prior experience with compliance programs such as PCI DSS or Sarbanes-Oxley

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100% Deliver Execution, Plans & Aligns, Develop Others - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously; Strategic partner to align solutions to customers expectations Communicate to various levels of business partners; Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, colleagues, developers and others to deliver high quality solutions; Partner cross-functionally to define assess, communicate, implement, train and change management of projects; Lead, mentor and provide guidance to team members and partners; Serve as SME and perform research/analysis within assigned projects

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of previous leadership experience

Minimum Education:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
