Payment Integrity/Client Advocacy

About the Role  

Payment Integrity group specializing in the areas of subrogation and coordination of benefits is seeking a Client Advocacy Lead to serve as principal client contact. Ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-paced, environment in a client facing role acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing the client relationship, and ensuring client satisfaction. Communicates with internal operations and clients regularly to resolve issues and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with clients.

Responsibilities    

• Ensure client receives the highest standard of service possible.

• Liaison between internal operations & clients.

• Prepare & distribute monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting, invoicing, etc.

• Analyze & monitor results reflected on the reports.

• Prepare & conduct client presentations.

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships and monitor & measure client satisfaction.

• Handle and resolve client inquiries & conflicts, as they arise.

• Provide timely solutions to internal operations & clients, as issues arise.

• Onboard new clients, as needed.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge and experience in the Payment Integrity/Client Services (Advocacy) field

• College degree or relevant work experience required

• Able to work independently and within a team environment.  

• Able to build solid, productive relationships with applicable internal support areas. 

• Excellent communication skills and intermediate computer skills.

• Able to multitask in deadline driven environment.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $57,750- $75,000.
