Description

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in recruiting civil engineers, project engineers, and union workers within the steel and iron sector and can effortlessly navigate the technical landscape. As a Temporary Recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design and implement recruitment strategies, and select qualified candidates within the given time frame.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the company recruitment strategy to source suitable candidates.

  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Maintain precise records of recruitment efforts, interviews conducted, and recruitment strategies used.

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

  • Handle paperwork related to the hiring process and maintain a database of potential job candidates.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting methods, labor legislation and any industry-specific requirements.

  • Draft and publish job ads in various portals.

  • Maintain a strong network to actively source potential candidates.

  • Ensure all staffing needs are met on time, and report regularly to management on all activities

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter within engineering or construction environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

  • Excellent ability to assess candidates' technical capabilities, presentation skills, and personal qualities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using HR software and social media for recruiting.

  • A team player with leadership skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.

  • Professional certification in HR and/or Recruitment is a plus.
