JOB REQUIREMENTS: Employment & Career Services Specialist Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for an Employment & Career Services Specialist in our Green Bay Office. While embracing the mission and vision of the Diocese of Green Bay, the Employment & Career Services Specialist will work with the Refugee Services team to coordinate Refugee Employment and Career Development Services. These services include individual employment and career development case management, job readiness programming, assisting clients with education opportunities (English Language Learner, Post Secondary Education/Certification, Job Training Program), assisting clients in obtaining employment, developing new job opportunities by networking with local employers and education entities, and organizing and/or leading workforce-based classes and job training initiatives for adult learners. The Employment & Career Services Specialist will maintain a caseload of individual client cases to assist both refugees and asylees with initial employment to achieve self-sufficiency, as well as career development/long term career planning. Will be responsible for fulfilling all contractual requirements of state-funded grants and meet outcome goals. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We would like to see someone with a bachelor\'s degree in social science or relevant field of study, two or more years of experience in a multi-cultural setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for working in a non-profit environment. The candidate must have the ability to work one evening per week as needed, have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
