Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our Data Management Team with administrative and other HR-related tasks.

The Data Management intern’s duties include managing employees’ records in the HR system, updating internal databases, taking part in project work. You should also be able to work independently, work on MS office, and have interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data in our HR system (Workday)  

  • Administer data quality reports and act on errors’ correction

  • Manage HR documentation (employment contracts)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package

  • Knowledge and expertise of HR systems - Workday and/or SAP (will be an asset)

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to the changing environment quickly,

  • Availability to work min 30h every week
