Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing organization in Manitowoc County in their search for a Finance Manager. You will handle a variety of responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, supporting the month-end close process, and performing other research and analysis duties. A key element of the position is ensuring reported procedures comply with internal control requirements. Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete the filing process of various forms and coordinate the review of these filings with management, team members, and external auditors.

• Maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements

• Manage the monthly internal financial reporting process, analyzing corporate and operational results, and preparing and distributing reports to various stakeholders

• Support the month-end close process, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations

• Identify and lead process improvement projects and process documentation, ensuring SOX control compliance throughout the financial reporting process

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 4+ years strong accounting/finance experience

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in financial reporting

• Experience with SEC filings and Public Accounting practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
