Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Risk Analyst - Operational based in Northbrook, Illinois. This role involves comprehensive interaction with the quality control specialists team, CRA reporting, BSA monitoring, and conducting research for specific reports. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be a quick learner with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in every aspect of the quality control specialists team.

• Conduct CRA reporting and BSA monitoring tasks.

• Undertake research for specific reports using tools such as LexisNexis to connect borrowers.

• Communicate effectively through email and status updates with clients.

• Understand and adapt to the operational methods of the team.

• Use strong Excel skills to manage data and information.

• Monitor BSA and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.

• Ensure quality control and compliance in all activities.

• Utilize skills in Archer, CobiT, Data Mining Techniques, Management System, AML - Anti Money Laundering, Auditing, Compliance, Credit, Customer Service, Quality Control, Quality Control Activities, Microsoft Excel, BSA - Bank Secrecy Act, Data Entry, and Effective Communication.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new systems and operations.

• Experience in AML - Anti Money Laundering, Auditing, Compliance, Credit, Customer Service, Quality Control, Quality Control Activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BSA - Bank Secrecy Act.

• Strong skills in Data Entry and Effective Communication.

• Ability to analyze and manage risk in operational settings.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.

• Proven track record of managing and mitigating operational risks.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
