Job Summary

An experienced Talent Professional is required for this high-profile, on-site role at one of the top 10 largest employers in the world. This role will manage account recruitment efforts via the sourcing of applicants for hourly and salaried opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess recruitment experience. They must be service-minded and know how to find the best talent in unique ways. The ability to partner well with hiring managers is key.

Skills/Responsibilities:

Exceptional candidate management abilities

Ability to interact with hiring managers and supervisors to form a recruitment strategy - ensuring a complete understanding of their needs to find a suitable match for their open position

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing social media tools to attract top talent

Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screens, assessments, and video or in-person interviews for hiring managers

Strategically and proactively build a candidate pipeline

Ability to work closely with a matrixed organization

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preference for prior experience with leveraging recruitment analytics

Preference for prior experience with using recruitment systems.

Must be self-driven & able to learn quickly.

Bilingual preferred

Qualifications:

3 years of business or related field experience

Recruitment background is highly desired

Experience in leveraging social media tools

Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal business clients
