Deloitte Sr. Process Analyst in Richmond, Virginia

Work you'll do

As a Process Analyst you serve as an industry consultant identifying areas where business can improve processes and workflows to remain competitive in their industry. Meet with business managers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement then develop strategies to enhance business processes. Expect to prepare documentation and develop recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead teams in the Identification and analysis of business needs, requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives• Learn, use and support various financial products, software and systems• Lead teams in the creation of support documents and ensure they are created and distributed/posted in a timely manner• Enable teams to perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process change adaptations• Lead gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives• Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable and high quality• Manage user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics• Create impact assessments and analyze the return on investment for system enhancements• Manage practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including IT, sales, and services

The GPS Analytics and Cognitive (A&C) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with advance business process analysis knowledge

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • Travel up to 10%

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent

  • CSM/PMP or other relevant Agile certifications
