The Implementations Consultant functions as the subject matter expert and solution owner on customer implementations. They will work as part of a HireVue team on medium to large customer projects, and will also lead small customer projects. Their main responsibility is to be a subject matter expert, capable of leveraging HireVue best practices to implement and configure our software to deliver best in class implementation outcomes. They work directly with customers, and with internal stakeholders to support application configuration. They will leverage their consulting skills to be prescriptive with customers to translate business needs into product solutions.

Product Implementation & Consulting

• Collaborate and consult with customers to help them optimize their hiring processes through mapping of current state and future state recruitment processes.

• Support workshops focused on process optimization and configuration of HireVue product suite.

• Work as part of a team on customer projects, owning/delivering defined workstreams.

• Configure the HireVue platform based on customer requirements, using best practices.

• Comfortable discussing standard ATS Integrations with team members and with customers.

• Support process maps with integration points across HireVue products, balancing customer needs with product capability.

• Support end-to-end testing strategies based on configurations and desired workflows.

• Direct and guide customers to recommend product training for customers and new platform users and may also deliver training.

• Support customers to recommend communication and change management plans to reinforce user adoption.

• Become a ‘trusted advisor’ for your implementation customers.

Project Management

• Plan, organize, and manage small customer projects using HireVue delivery methodology.

• Work with Project Managers to complete customer implementations, and deliver on assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Manage and execute against project goals, timelines, tools, and success measures.

• Identify and communicate project risks. Readily identify, analyze, and escalate in a timely manner.

• At least 2 years related SaaS implementations experience in Professional Services, Solution Delivery or Talent Acquisition preferred.

• Previous experience developing creative solutions and detailed processes for customers.

• Technical aptitude - must be comfortable using new software and quick to learn new systems. Must be able to discuss technical concepts (e.g., SSO, integrations) at a high level and willing to learn more about them.

• Experience integrating and supporting HireVue solutions such as Outlook Sync, Teams and Zoom.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts to customers.

• Experience with formal project management preferred.

• Experience driving change management initiatives preferred.

• Must be able to complete software configuration with a high level of accuracy.

• Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment.

• Working knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Recruiting best practices preferred

• Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently in a competitive and fast paced environment.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
